Vendor and Artist information
Space
is extremely limited and we expect to sell out quickly, so
reserve your table/space today. Tables/spaces are available on a first come, first
served
basis. No Exceptions. No
tables
will be reserved by application alone; all payments must accompany
application.
Price
for tables or space: $175.00 each if purchased by July 15. $225 after
7/15/18.
Due to the unique venue for the event, we are able to
offer two types of vendor spaces. The first is a traditional tabletop space that is a 6 foot
table with 2
chairs. All vendors agree to stay within their specified space and not
encroach
into the aisles or any other vendor’s space. Walkway space
needs to be
maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall. The second is a
space in one of the museum locations on Main Street. The space will not
have a table and is better suited for vendors who bring their own
displays/racks. Each space is unique and offers the ability to set up your
own "store." Photos and approximate dimensions are available for review
prior to selecting your space.
You must discuss your request with the staff PRIOR to placing your order. If

Table/space
sharing is
NOT allowed unless permitted by Mr. Hush LLC and must be requested 2
months in
advance of the show. Vendors
may not
"sublet" their space to other companies or persons.
Each
vendor is given 2 weekend passes along with their table
reservations. Up to 2 additional passes can be purchased for $25.00
each. These
passes
will be specially coded wristbands that allow you into the
vendor’s room during
set-up and close-down periods along with allowing entry into any
activity or event. It is necessary for us to physically place these
wristbands
on, no exceptions. Please make sure to wear them throughout the
weekend, as we
cannot replace them. Wristbands will generally be given out during
vendor
set-up hours.
Vendors
are required to check in with the vendor manager prior to setting up.
Set up is
no earlier than 12PM
the Friday of
the show, No Exceptions. If you have a large display for the show and
need
extra time to set up, you MUST contact us before time. Booths must be
set up
and prepared for public viewing by 5PM on Friday and remain set up
through
Sunday at 4PM. Late arrivals who have not contacted the event
coordinators by 4PM
on Friday are subject to lose their reserved space to those on our
waiting
list. If you absolutely must arrive late, please contact us as soon as
possible at 570-445-4353. All vendors agree that their tables
will be open
and
operational during all of the hours the event is open to the public.
All vendors are required to have a NJ Sales Tax License to
set up and sell at the show. You must provide your license information
priot to or upon check in at the show or you will not be allowed to set up your
table. NJ requires a sales tax on all
applicable items
sold. This can be done on-line at:

Vendors
are responsible for their actions and the actions of
their helpers and will be held accountable. Any vendors displaying
disruptive
behavior of any sort towards guests, celebrities, event staff, or other
vendors
will be escorted from the event and barred from this event and all
future Mr.
Hush LLC events without refund.
No
graphic nudity, extreme violence, alcoholic beverages,
drug paraphernalia, or weapons of any kind, may be sold or displayed at
this
event. Any vendor found doing so will be immediately removed from the
show,
banned from future events, and subject to prosecution by local
authorities. Please
keep in mind that this event is open to all ages so please keep your
displays
rated PG-13.
All
vendors are responsible for the products they sell. If
anyone is caught selling unlicensed, copy written material (IE: bootleg
DVD/CD/VHS tapes etc) and representatives of the license holders/
Studios/ MPAA
request, you WILL be evicted from the show and held accountable to
them. Mr.
Hush LLC will not be held responsible.
All
vendors/exhibitors agree to hold harmless Mr. Hush LLC, its
staff and Wild West City entities, employees and agents, against any
loss,
damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or
property damage, loss, theft or injury sustained due to said
vendors/exhibitors
participation in Mr. Hush Weekend of Fear.
Vendor rooms are locked by
the facility during non-show hours. Mr. Hush
LLC, its staff and Wild West City
takes no
responsibility for items lost or stolen during the weekend: it is up to
vendors
to carry insurance for their goods.
Mr.
Hush LLC in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor's merchandise,
exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed
to be
their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs,
intentions
and/or direction of Mr. Hush LLC. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent
Mr. Hush
LLC in any way, and Mr. Hush LLC is to be held harmless against any and
all
merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises of the Mr. Hush
Weekend
of Fear.
All merchandise sold by all
vendors/exhibitors is strictly from one collector to another and no
rights are
given or implied.
Vendors
may not distribute literature promoting other genre
events without the pre-written consent of Mr. Hush LLC. We may allow
this to
occur if the event you wish to promote is not directly competitive to
existing
or planned Mr. Hush events. Distribution of promotional flyers for
competing
genre conventions without permission will result in your space being
closed
without refund.
Smoking
is not permitted.
Vendors/Exhibitors
are solely responsible and strictly liable for their actions or the
actions of
their agents and/or employees. Mr. Hush LLC is not responsible for any
damage
to the exhibition area, guest rooms, or any other area of the event
location
caused either directly or indirectly by any vendor/exhibitor. Do
not
block doors, aisles or emergency exits. Do not remove
or reposition tables, furniture or equipment. Open Flames, helium
balloons, and
adhesive backed decals, glitter, or confetti will not be
permitted. Do not
use pins, tacks, or glue on tables, linens, drapery, or walls at any
time as
repair costs will be incurred by the damage causing participant.
If you are in one of the museum spaces, please be respectful and do
not place anything on the displays. Any items damaged, will be the
vendor's responsibility.
Please
keep your area neat and clean. Kindly bring along a
trash bag to collect your garbage and food leftovers. Your help in
keeping the
facility clean allows us to come back next time.
Return
checks will incur a non-refundable $35.00 fee and
will result in loss of space.
Only
in the event of a natural disaster or cancellation of
the event by the event coordinators will refunds be given. Once payment
has
been received, there will be NO REFUNDS on the agreed space.
Any
violation of the rules will result in being removed from
the show with no refund and banned from future Mr. Hush LLC shows.
